Their specialist expertise lies within the residential sector where they work across projects of varying scales. They have cultivated strong relationships with leading housebuilders, public sector organisations and many more repeat clients. Their carefully crafted, expertly tailored designs often exceed their clients expectations and highlight their dedication to delivering reliable , high quality designs.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have experience working on residential projects with excellent technical abilities in AutoCAD and comprehensive awareness of current UK building regulations.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or related subject
  • Substantial post qualification experience
  • Ideally working towards MCIAT if not already chartered
  • Experience working on large scale residential schemes
  • Prior record working with house builders
  • Confident communicator
  • Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
  • Keen to progress to senior level
  • Capable at producing high quality tender and construction packages
  • Well versed in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
  • Keen eye for detail and strong technical abilities
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Job running experience
  • Able to lead and manage a small team
  • Driven to continuing professional development
  • Keen to input to company growth
  • Able to work well in a multidisciplined team
  • Live locally to Essex
