Internal Sales Administrator

Our client, within the manufacturing industry, who started as a small family led company and have grown into a successful global provider of high-performance solutions are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis at their site in Weston-Super-Mare.

You will be a working within a supportive and collaborative environment and reaching out to existing and potential customers to promote the company's products and services.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business who despite their growth has not lost sight of their heritage and values!

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations via telephone and email
  • Engage in conversation to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solution
  • Grow and maintain excellent working relationships with existing and new customers
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions on the CRM system
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to introduce our service
  • Follow up prospects and schedule appointments for external sales team
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities
  • Answering inbound phone calls and carry out any other duties reasonably requested

Candidate Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar role

Hours - Monday - Thursday 8.30am -5pm &Friday 8.30am - 4pm
