My client is looking for temporary support within their busy Customer Services department, ensuring all customer queries are answered in a timely manner.
Your role as a Customer Services
- Communicating with customers via phone and email to update them on their orders progress from placement to delivery
- Dealing with customer queries placed via telephone and email
- Updating customers and internal departments on any changes to orders, missing items, re-routes or changed delivery dates
- Keeping an accurate record of goods in, ensuring stock arrives correctly and updating stock records
Working hours and Pay
- £12.21ph Monday – Friday
- 40 hour working week
- Shift patterns of 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm & 9am-5:30pm
- Immediate Start required
- Permanent role offered for the successful candidate
