Junior Lettings Executive

Join us as a Junior Lettings Executive as part of a newly established brand in a highly successful, global property development group. You'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing crucial support for the lettings of luxury residential accommodations across Manchester and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
? Arrange and carry out on-site and virtual viewings with prospective tenants.
? Serve as the first point of contact for all applicant queries, offering top-notch service over the phone, in-person, and online.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants.
? Manage lettings administration, including new tenancies, applications, agreements, and communication logs.
? Welcome tenants and visitors to our office, exceeding their customer service expectations.
What We're Looking For:
? A proven track record in achieving targets.
? Self-motivated individuals who are proactive and confident to use their own initiative.
? Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
? A friendly, positive personality with exceptional customer service skills.
? Knowledge of the Manchester area is a plus.
