Exciting Opportunity at a Growing Vintage Fashion Warehouse in Sheffield.

Our client is rapidly expanding vintage wholesale warehouse in Sheffield, looking for a dynamic individual to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fashion, strong administrative skills, and experience in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties: Manage day-to-day office tasks, maintain organised records, and support overall warehouse operations
  • Content Creation: Develop captivating content for social media and marketing materials to boost engagement
  • Stock Management: Sort and photograph stock to ensure accurate representation on our website and e-commerce platforms
  • E-Commerce Support: Upload product listings to our website and various sales platforms, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and manage client communications effectively

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong interest in fashion with a good understanding of brands, styles, and vintage trends
  • Experience in sales, retail or client-facing roles
  • Proficiency in social media management and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Positive and hardworking attitude
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
