We are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Assistant to work for a company on the outskirts of Leighton Buzzard. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. There may also be a requirement to work on the security gate, therefore, flexibility on working hours is required.
You MUST have a driving licence and car available for this role.
Duties will include:
- General maintenance.
- Painting.
- Occasional travel off site to collect materials.
- Gathering and handing tools.
- Changing fixtures such as light bulbs.
- Preparing workspaces.
- Repair faulty equipment and components or schedule repairs if a specialist is needed.
