REED is excited to help an amazing company in the NN9 area look for a Debt Advisor, where you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial health by ensuring timely debt collection and efficient resolution of queries. We will be looking for a candidate whose communication - both written and verbal is at a strong level and who can type to a quick speed while on the phone and under pressure. You don't need any experience within this sector.
Location:- NN9
Shifts:- 7:30 to 16:00 or 8:30 to 17:00 or 9:30 to 17:15 Must work 1 in 4 Saturdays
Salary:- £24,000
Responsibilities
- Debt Collection: Collect outstanding accounts within predetermined timelines. Prioritize and manage the debt collection process effectively.
- Depot Support Function: Build, maintain, and enhance the depot support function for individually owned depots. Foster strong communication channels with depots and customers.
- Query Resolution: Engage in direct telephone contact with depots and customers to resolve queries efficiently. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Litigation Preparation: Assess accounts and prepare them for potential litigation, adhering to company policies. Collaborate with legal teams as necessary.
- Smarter Working: Communicate proactively with team members, team leaders, and managers. Implement strategies for more efficient debt management.

- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone communication skills. Tactful and persuasive in handling debt-related discussions.

- SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems is desirable.
- Data Accuracy: Ability to input data accurately.
