Office Administrator (Part Time or Full Time)

Farnham

£30,000 (pro rata if part -time)

Fully office based

This successful business has grown from strength to strength over the past few years and are now looking to expand their administrative team. If you are seeking a varied role within a company that offers you a friendly working environment and the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow with the business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support all day to day administrative tasks
  • Support with invoicing and PO's
  • Answering phones
  • Reviewing and implementing H&S policies and procedures
  • Supporting the logistic needs of the business
  • Supporting the managers with any ad hoc tasks
  • Helping with stock checks and ordering

Skills Required

  • A strong administrative background
  • A confident user of MS Office package
  • Willing to help the team and not be defined by a job description.
  • A proactive and positive outlook to your work and the ability to multitask.
  • A good understanding of compliance and H&S (desirable)

Due to the location of my client you will be required to drive to reach their offices, my client offers flexible working and they are open to offering Part time for the right candidate.
