IT Systems Manager with a proven track record of team leading cross functional technical teams (application support, infrastructure, systems etc) is sought by a market leading professional services organisation based in Birmingham and Northampton.
With a rich pedigree of innovative, forward thinking service delivery this company are looking for an IT Systems Manager to lead a small team tasked with creating and delivering innovations designed to keep this organisation as a market leader.
This role would suit an established IT systems manager with experience supporting and managing in-house applications and environments or a systems developer who has been involved in infrastructure administration who is looking to step up into a managerial role.

This IT Systems Manager based a commutable distance to both Northampton and Birmingham (3 days a week in total in either site) should have most of the following:
- At least 3 years working in a varied systems role supporting in-house applications & infrastructure
- A solid understanding of O365 environment
- Previous team lead or management skills
- Basic manual testing skills
- Any power platform skills would be really useful
- Excellent communications skills with the drive to progress quickly
