Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the team.
- Manage and organise schedules and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate on behalf of the team with internal departments and external organisations.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Coordinate office management activities.
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analysing data, and identifying solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and provide meeting minutes.
Profile
A successful PA should have:
- A degree or relevant qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
