Our client is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible to grow our clients existing accounts as well as cross sell new business!
You will work alongside a team of knowledgeable and experienced Sales professionals with the view to thrive and succeed in a fun and supportive team environment.
Key Job duties
- Regular communication with exciting clients, building and maintaining excellent relationships with key contacts
- Contacting dormant accounts to re-establish relationships
- Collaborate and work closely with the wider Sales team to identify all sales leads
- Manage your own diary, booking visits, and organising contact calls
- Utilise CRM system
Candidate attributes
- Previous experience within a Sales related position or Customer Service position.
- Experience working within a B2B environment
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Customer Service focused with the ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships
- Good IT skills, ideally CRM system knowledge
