Our client is seeking a Learning Group Coordinator to provide a warm, professional, and informative welcome to learning groups at their site. The ideal candidate will support the Learning team in preparing for visits, managing resources, and handling the administration of the Learning programme.
This is a temporary contract to start immediately until the end of July.
Hourly pay rate £12.50 - working hours Mon-Fri - 9.00am until 4.00pm
Day to Day of the role:
- Greet learning groups arriving by coach, providing a friendly welcome and directing group leaders on site entry procedures.
- Supply groups with necessary information for their visit and manage coach movements upon arrival and departure.
- Record accurate group information in the booking system and handle all related paperwork with adherence to data protection and GDPR.
- Resolve any issues with learning spaces before group arrival and support the Learning Officer as a contact point for Session Leaders and Volunteers.
- Distribute schedules, itineraries, and replenish learning resources as needed.
- Handle telephone enquiries and assist with general administrative duties for the Learning team.

Desirable experience includes:
- Working in an educational setting, tourist attraction, or similar environment.
- Customer care training.
- This role requires a significant amount of standing and walking, and a smart appearance is essential as it is public-facing.
