We are looking for a Asbestos Surveyor to join an well-established local authority in the Birmingham area on a Permanent basis. In return you will receive vand and fuel card, works tablet, hybrid working as well as other great benefits.
As the Asbestos Surveyor you will be:
- Carrying out the asbestos surveys for social housing properties across Birmingham,
- Undertake minor repairs following on from the surveys completed
- Documenting the findings to a data base via a tablet provided
Asbestos Surveyor requirements:
- P402 is essential
- Surveying experience
- IT literate with data base and documentation
- Social Housing experience
- Qualification in quantity surveying
- Demonstrates professionalism, dedication, and keep to deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills, including effective workload planning and prioritisation
