We are working on a brand new role with a tier 1 IP firm in their search for a Legal Assistant to support their IP Solicitor team.
The role would suit a recent law graduate who can demonstrate a keen interest in IP.
The successful candidate will:
- Undertake legal and commercial research
- Prepare and draft letters and witness statements
- Liaise with authorities (customs and trading standards)
- Conduct preliminary assessments of IP portfolios in support of potential litigation
- Keep files and records up to date
- Maintain awareness of current developments in IP and assist with writing articles
- Assist with preparing presentations
- Take minutes
- Bundling
