Hire Administrator

£25,285 per annum

Monday to Friday flexible between the hours 08:00 – 18:00 and working a Saturday on a rota basis between the hours 08:00 – 12:00.

I am currently recruiting for an experienced hire and logistics administrator to join a fast-growing automotive hire company within the Crawley area. This person would be required to have an administrative background and excellent customer service with a confident telephone manner in order to be able to liaise with customers in relation to their short-term rental requirements.

Key duties:

  • Booking and hiring out vehicles to cover accident and arising needs of staff through the rental system
  • Ensure vehicles are ready for hire when required
  • Reviews of current hirings, liaise with customers in regards to extensions and terminations of hire periods
  • Communicate with sales manager to maximise hiring potential
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to gain information/enquiries
  • Provide prompt resolution of all internal and external queries via telephone and email
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction for retention of clients
  • Maintain accurate records to customer communications
  • Adhoc administrative duties
  • Run daily vehicle off road report for the company
  • Strong IT skills
