Job Role: Plumbing Supervisor/Manager
Area: Kent, London & Essex
Salary: £55k - £60k + Van + Fuel Card
Experience
The Plumbing Supervisor oversees the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in the commercial sector. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of plumbers, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with other departments to achieve operational efficiency.
Duties:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of plumbers.
- Assign and schedule work tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Plan and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system issues, providing technical guidance to the team.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time, materials, and costs.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience within the commercial sector
- Supervisory experience
- Plumbing City& Guilds
- CSCS Card
- Full driving license
