Description
- Liaising with the team in the US
- Collecting work via portal and querying notes where needed
- Work with a number of Gross to Net deductions
- Managing the timely collection of payments from customers
- Reconciling bank statements with financial records
- Preparing customer statements, bills and invoices
- Resolving discrepancies in accounting records
- Coordinating with the sales team to manage credit exposures
- Maintaining the financial database and ensuring it is up to date
- Reporting any issues to the relevant department
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable should have:
- Experience in an Accounts Receivable role or general financial position that has worked with AR before
- An understanding of Credit Control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, confidence to query processes
- A collaborative and proactive approach working with the USA team, and the ability to work independently
- Likely suit someone from a retail background or someone who's worked doing multiple finance functions
