HR Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with one of our Rotherham based clients, a dynamic global company, to appoint a HR Manager for their UK business. The role is standalone and will support on a wide range of HR issues both across the UK as well as a small number of international stakeholders. The headcount is c70 so is manageable as well as varied and interesting.

Working closely with the MD and senior management team the role will operate as part of the wider global HR forum. There will be a high degree of autonomy to provide the UK sites with what they need from a HR perspective, duties will include:

  • Provide full breadth HR Management and employee support
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage the company's employee programmes, staff benefits and packages
  • Manage all employee communications efficiently
  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy to ensure achievement of the objectives
  • Collaborate with management to identify employee training needs and coordinate development programs
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal regulations and best practices

The ideal candidate should ideally be CIPD Level 5 or above or hold a degree in HR, Business Administration (or related field) as well as proven experience at HR Manager/HRBP level, you should posess a deep understanding of HR practices and employment law. A proven influencer with strong communication and organisational skills are essential. Sector experience of engineering, manufacturing, logisitcs or similar is desirable.
