We are seeking an Administrator to join our client working on-site in a small but vibrant office. The role is based in Wheatley and is ideal for someone who can handle a variety of tasks, prioritise effectively, and enjoys a dynamic work environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage Office telephones and provide administrative support to Head Office.
- Offer day-to-day administration support for site staff, including the purchasing of office and site supplies, materials, plant, and equipment.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and quotations, ensuring accurate distribution and filing of project information.
- Arrange meetings, organise refreshments, and handle company travel and accommodation bookings.
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for the Office PA.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proactive approach with the ability to adapt to the demands of the role.
- Excellent telephone manners and strong communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Confident, well-organised, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- Honesty and integrity.
