Role Overview:
- Producing customers KPI's and distribute them accordingly.
- Ensuring deliveries are being made to time.
- Answering phones/emails.
- Handling customer claims, acting as a mediator between customer and pallet network.
- Ensure customer POD's are gathered and on systems within 5 days of delivery.
- Inputting jobs onto various systems, also integration of certain customers CSV files.
- Booking in consignments.
- Monitoring daily discrep reports.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous customer service experience
- Office-based experience is desirable
- Good standard of education
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel and Word
- Good phone manner
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
