About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join their growing team in their new office located in Durham. Our client, EPPH, is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to become a Service & Maintenance Coordinator, joining their already very successful team.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and coordinating both Mechanical and Electrical reactive jobs for various clients.
- Creating and reporting all incoming jobs, keeping customers updated.
- Raising invoices for completed scheduled maintenance and remedial works.
- Preparing and sending out completion documentation to customers.
- Creating quotations and issuing them to relevant customers.
- Weekly reporting of customers' accounts.
- Preparing RAMS & Permits where required.
- Health and safety in-house responsibilities.
- Liaising with internal teams and engineers to ensure timescales are met.
Qualifications and Experience
- Office/Administration experience desired.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player and dedicated individual looking for progression.
