Audit Assistant Manager - Accountancy Practice

Job Type: Full-time, permanent
My client are a leading firm of accountants, taxation and business advisors based in Cardiff. They are looking to grow their Audit team at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan audit assignments, identify key risks & assess how to test them
- Lead audit engagements, supervise, review & delefagate work of junior team members
- Responsible for a small portfolio of audit clients
- Lead on the rollout of new ideas and processes within the team, take a lead on team training
- Delivering information to clients
- Monitor budgets on audit engagements
Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA Finalist/Qualified
- Experience of planning and completing audits
- Experience of delegating and reviewing work of trainees within the team
