Our client is currently seeking to hire a Transactional Accounts Manager with experience in the manufacturing sector and proficiency in manufacturing ERP software.

Your responsibilities:
As a Senior Bookkeeper, your main focus will be managing, recording, and tracking all high-volume invoice transactions and events representing the company's cash flow, both incoming and outgoing.
- Managing bank and statement reconciliations
- Reconciling GBP, EURO, and USD accounts
- Responsibility for the sales ledger, including raising invoices, credits, and statements
- Purchase ledger duties, including high-volume invoicing, matching, batching, coding (POs), and making BACS payment runs
- Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
- Effectively collaborating on all accounts and supplier queries
Required Experience:
- 2-3 years+ of previous experience in an all-round accounts role with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build good relationships with suppliers and customers
- Experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant and ERP experience within : SAP, Oracle, ERP, MRP, Efacs, Epicor, Exel computer systems, NexSys, Infor or similar.
Salary £35 - £40k per annum, with relatable experience.
