A lovely, welcoming, one-form-entry, Church of England primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham are looking for an experienced Year 4 Teacher to join their team at the of end September for the remainder of the academic year and potentially beyond. This is to replace a permanent teacher who will be relocating overseas due to their husband's job.

The Role

In this role you will be teaching a Year 4 class. As a one-form-entry school you will be responsible for your class but will have support from the other teachers across KS2 and the senior leadership team. The curriculum is creative and varied and encourages individual learning and personal growth. As the class teacher will be relocating overseas, the vacancy will continue for the year, but there will be an opportunity to apply for the permanent position. There are pupils with SEND and EAL in the class, so experience of providing additional support and differentiation is desirable.

The school are looking for a Primary Teacher who:

  • has good knowledge and experience teaching the KS2 curriculum
  • has excellent classroom management skills
  • has experience supporting pupils with SEND
  • is organised and hardworking;
  • is creative, flexible and committed
