We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Residential Property Paralegal to become part of a busy Conveyancing team at their Sittingbourne office.
Main Duties:
- Assisting a Partner: Provide full administrative support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence
- Organising and maintaining client files
- Arranging meetings and managing calendars
- Handling incoming calls and addressing client queries
- Performing property searches and compiling reports
- Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions
About You:
- You will be an experienced Property Paralegal or Secretary (preferably within residential conveyancing), or a knowledgeable graduate with strong academic credentials and a desire to grow.
- A solid grasp of the conveyancing process is crucial.
- You should be able to quickly integrate into the role and provide effective support to the team.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a great team player.
