We've got a rare opportunity to join our Management Accounts team as a Management Accounts Assistant. The successful applicant will process incoming Supplier and Agency Purchase Invoices, ensuring that these are processed for payment or queried in line with agreed KPI deadlines.
How you will help us and what you can expect
- Process operational invoices, ensuring all costs are posted accurately.
- Assist with the implementation of new financial systems and procedures within the team.
- Provide direct support to the Management Accountant as required.
- Resolve all Purchase Invoice queries in a swift confident manner and liaise with the Supervisor where necessary to adhere to KPI deadlines.
- Ensure all operational losses are recorded accurately.
