Hays are supporting a fantastic organisation based in the Wiltshire region (BA12) to support with the recruitment for a permanent IT support analyst. The role is offering a salary of £26,000pa depending on experience and is predominantly site-based.
Your new role & w hat you'll need to succeed
Within the role, you will support the group providing effective IT support to internal users and customers across IT Systems, Services and Networking. You'll provide IT hardware & software support including repairs, maintenance and configuration. You'll also work on troubleshooting for bespoke systems and software. Within the role you will deal with users face to face, over the phone and via email. This is a really varied role where no two days are the same! To be considered for the role you will need ideally a couple of years working in a similar IT support role with technical skills regarding Microsoft operating systems, helpdesk software & ticketing systems, network & infrastructure. You'll need great customer service skills and a passion for IT. You will also need a full UK driving licence.
