Lettings Administrator - East London

My client is a highly recognised and globally respected property business. They are modern, fast growing and involved in transactions for some of the most sought after buildings in London. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their lovely team in one of their East London offices.

Salary:

£30,000 -£35,000 dependent on experience + benefits

A Day In The Life...

  • Efficiently manage the progression of deals from offer to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met and legal/regulatory requirements are adhered to.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company policies and relevant legislation, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage documents on the CRM system, and actively participate in meetings to keep the team updated.
  • Arrange and secure Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), safety checks, cleaning, and inventory checks for tenancies.
  • Ensure all necessary bookings are completed before or on the tenancy start date, and follow up with relevant parties to confirm they fulfill their commitments.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

  • A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high-volume environment.
  • Someone with exceptional organizational skills who takes pride in maintaining accuracy in all aspects of their work.
  • KPI and target-driven.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude, who enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Extensive experience in Lettings Administration/Coordination.
  • ARLA qualified (preferred).
