Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cost variance analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure costs are correctly allocated to cost accounts and work orders.
- Review and ensure accurate coding of requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices. Reconcile costs to the general ledger and investigate variances.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to prepare detailed project baseline cost and revenue budgets.
- Assist with project planning and the development of work breakdown structures.
- Support the performance of value of work done assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide support for ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified or actively pursuing ICAS/ACCA/CIMA qualifications.
- Proven experience in a similar role or strong transferable skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
