Description
- Leading the procurement of all ingredients, food, beverage and services products.
- Reporting to the COO, this role has high visibility.
- Leading a team of Buyers and Category Manager
- Developing long term relationships with suppliers.
- Managing and negotiating on all major contracts.
Profile
- 8 + years of procurement and supply chain experience.
- A track record within the hospitality, leisure, restaurant or QSR industries.
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work cross functionally.
