My client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team at a medium-sized construction company based in St Albans. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office.

Your new role

The ideal candidate should have:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibilities include:

- Managing and organising office operations and procedures
- Handling phone calls and emails from clients and suppliers
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Organising meetings and booking travel arrangements
- Assisting in HR and accounting tasks as needed
