R13 are thrilled to be partnering with a reputable business as they look to add a Customer Service Manager on a job share opportunity. Within this role you will lead a team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service, supporting the team through any changes and delivering new/enhanced services.

This is a part-time, permanent position based in Dereham. You will be working 21 hours per week, Mon / Thu / Fri - 8.30am-5pm.The offered salary for this opportunity is up to £36,000 pro rata.

The day to day:

  • Leading a team of Advisor in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Delivering business change, including new & enhanced services for customers.
  • Training and developing your team.
  • Liaising with customers, when queries are escalated, problem solving.
  • Managing and monitoring the services and seeking areas for improvement.
  • Using multiple IT systems, maintaining accuracy

You will have/be:

  • Previous experience in a call centre/customer service environment.
  • Leadership and team management skills alongside supporting individuals development.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • IT literate (including Microsoft suite) & open to learning new systems.
  • Good team player enjoys working in a buoyant work atmosphere.
  • Forward-thinking, and adaptable.
