Role: Procurement and Contract Manager
Type: Interim - 6 months
Salary: up to £400 per day inside IR35
Fully Remote - Occasional Travel
Location: East Midlands
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Procurement and Contract Manager for our Public Sector client.
Key responsibilities for the Procurement and Contract Manager are;
- Leading procurement activity for complex procurements associated with regeneration activity
- Working across diverse services within complex organisations including partnership working
- Experience of leading multiple, complex "works" and "consultancy" tender processes
- Contract management experience and monitoring of key performance indicators
- Providing expert procurement and contract management advice to the project management team
- Leading the implementation and development of robust contract management and monitoring agreements
- Knowledge of governance and assurance processes and providing assurance to procurements and other commercial matters.
The Ideal candidate for the Procurement and Contract Manager will have;
- Public Sector Procurement and Contract Management Experience
- Experience with Procurement and Contracts administration under EU Funded contracts or agreements
- Experience of advising and influencing senior leaders in procurement and contract management matters
- Stakeholder management
- Purchasing and supply chain experience.
