Radley Green are partnering with a scale up SaaS business, who are searching for a qualified Financial Controller on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
The role will report directly into the CEO and the Founders of the business, and will manage top to bottom finance, in addition to assisting the board with fundraising.
The role will be based in Central London and will be 5 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Producing the management accounts on Xero
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Supporting the business commercially with budgeting, periodic reforecasts, KPI reporting and cashflow
- Assisting CEO and founders of the business with PE fundraising - prior fundraising experience is not required
- Occasional Sales ledger responsibilities (Purchase ledger all automated)
- Support external Accountants with year end.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Ideally experience within a start-up/scale up environment
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen
- Very strong interpersonal and business partnering skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and representing the business in potential fundraises.
