Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment opportunities and mergers and acquisitions.
- Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Analysis and Recommendations:
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to convey financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of financial transactions.
- Industry Awareness:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance.
Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA qualified currently within Audit for a Top 100 , or local Surrey, MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Some relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of valuation techniques and due diligence processes.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
