**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor SHEQ policies and procedures across multiple utilities and civils projects.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide expert advice and training to site teams, promoting a strong culture of safety and quality.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date records and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and clients.

**Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SHEQ Advisor in the civil engineering or construction sector, with a focus on utilities and civils projects.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to influence and engage site teams.
- Relevant qualifications in health & safety (NEBOSH, IOSH) and/or environmental management.
