With a background in a similar management role, the successful candidate will need to be extremely well motivated with a proven track record of managing a sales team. A good understanding of CSI and Departmental Accounts is essential, as is the ability to keep tight control of the sales process, hit manufacturers targets and manage a significant sales performance. This is a busy dealership, so you will also be expected to motivate and train the quality sales team already in place.
