We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers to join our team in September 2024. As a Teacher you will play a crucial role in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment tailored to the unique needs of the students. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver education and support students with SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEMH requirements.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and development.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support these in the classroom.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of students
