We are currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation who are looking for Family Court Advisor's on a full-time, permanent basis. Cafcass is a vital organisation that supports children and families involved in family court proceedings. As a Family Court Adviser, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding children and ensuring their best interests are at the forefront.
Your new role
- Provide high-quality safeguarding and child protection advice to the court.
- Assess and analyse the needs of children subject to or involved in family proceedings.
- Influence parents to focus on the child's well-being.
- Support the courts and local authorities in improving children's lives.
- Be a skilled negotiator, advocating for children's voices in court.
- Maintain excellent report writing skills.
What you'll need to succeed
- Passion for working in a court-facing role.
- Resilience, accountability, and good organisational skills.
- Familiarity with IT tools.
- Commitment to Cafcass Service Standards.
- Social Work Degree or relevant qualification.
- Must have relevant UK-based experience.
- SWE registered.
