A growing business that operates a specialist digital communication and marketing platform and data solutions for the electrical manufacturing industry is looking for an Italian speaking Sales Executive. Along with a salary of circa £40,000 per annum, you will also receive a £4,000 bonus and hybrid working (2/3 days in the office per week).
You will have a key role in taking the business to the next level. The position has a wide scope and will involve pitching solutions to existing and new clients in the Italy region.
What you'll do as Sales Executive:
- Grow revenues by reaching out to new customers through cold calling and using existing contacts
- Manage key accounts – ensuring all stakeholders are happy with the offering, growing the spend of the accounts, and identifying new opportunities
- As a "solution seller" you are able to present, promote and sell solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Working alongside the Managing Director to create an annual sales plan and taking ownership for delivery of the plan
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon targets and outcomes within schedule
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce and manage solutions sold, liaising with colleagues to ensure effective delivery
- Representing the business at key events when required
We're looking for a Sales Executive with:
- Experience working with companies in the field of Digital Marketing, IT Software Solutions, Market Research or Data Solutions or similar ideally.
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Experience in sales and solution selling with a strong focus on new business development
- Proven ability to win and grow key accounts
- Strong planning and organisational skills
