Valuation Assistant

Role Overview

Full time position supporting the central Rural Professional Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full administrative support
  • Undertaking due diligence enquiries such as Land Registry, planning and comparable information searches
  • Preparing draft Valuation reports
  • Raising fee accounts and maintaining debtor management for the team
  • Dealing directly with clients, over the telephone, taking messages and occasionally face to face
  • Diary management, including internal and external meetings, travel and hotel bookings when required
  • Processing all instructions in a accurate and timely manner
  • Updating and/or producing schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, reports and correspondence
  • Assisting with general administration within the office

  • Strong proof reading and attention to detail skills are essential to this role

  • Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Reliable and able to handle confidential matters
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills both within Savills and externally with clients

Team OverviewThe successful candidate will provide support to the central rural professional team which includes a Director and Associate as well as occasionally supporting the wider professional team in the region.
