Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join a manufacturing company site in Hull.
Salary - £50-£60k +bonus
Our client is a successful, global, innovative multi-brand organisation at the forefront of their industry with customers across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead an operations team, drive excellence in production and become a pivotal member of the senior management team contributing to the creation and implementation of the manufacturing vision.
Duties of the Manufacturing Manager include:
- Manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications
- Promote and coach the use of lean tools throughout the operations team
- Manage, coach, and develop a high performing and engaged manufacturing team
- Set departmental objectives/KPIs in line with the strategy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the manufacturing facility
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency

- Proven experience in a manufacturing management role
- Strong leadership skills, able to influence, energise and motivate people
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a flexible and supportive approach
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control principles
