Social Account Manager (B2B Financial Services) - Communications Agency

Major Players have partnered with a global communications agency that works in the finance, technology, professional services and climate transition sectors.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to help launch a major trading platform into the German market. This launch will primarily leverage social media, with a strong emphasis on organic strategies. We are looking for someone who has experience working for an agency in B2B/financial services and excels in social media management, content creation, community engagement and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage ongoing social media content, ensuring smooth operations of daily posts and community management.
  • Liaise with client teams and freelancers to optimise content performance.
  • Report on analytics and performance monthly, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with designers to create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, image, and video) for social media platforms including Facebook, X Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Write creative copy that differentiates our client in a competitive market.
  • Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience working at an agency in social media/integrated client facing roles
  • Excellent knowledge of social media across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Client experience: financial services or B2B professional services
  • Critical thinker with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proven experience building and maintain client relationships and winning new business
  • Excellent attention to detail, and organisation skills
