Meraki Talent is currently hiring on behalf of a leading Financial Services business located in Edinburgh, for a Pensions Administration Analyst. In this role, you will be working with a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career, ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering pension schemes on behalf of our clients, including calculating and paying benefits, managing member records, and dealing with member enquiries.
- Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Providing high-quality customer service to clients and members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure the smooth running of the pensions administration process
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in pensions administration within financial services.
- Strong technical knowledge of pension schemes and pension legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A professional, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
