Qualified, experienced and knowledgeable in portfolio, programme and project management frameworks and methods, and experience in their application. Is able to support colleagues to develop, adapt, and make use of consistent PPM approaches to ensure delivery to scope, time and budget.
Profile
Leads and facilitates the process of assessing and decision-making on new change proposals through the governance framework, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy. Leads the multi-disciplinary approach to assessing new change proposals and refines the process through continuous improvement. Responsible for managing decision-making outcomes to enable the mobilisation of new projects to become part of the Transformation and Change portfolio. Supports the identification of interdependencies and risks across the portfolio and leads gap analysis to identify opportunities or challenges working in collaboration to facilitate gap closure. Leads on reporting through Governance Framework specifically to Change Group, but also to Executive Group, facilitating assurance and good governance regarding the Transformation and Change Portfolio.
