Portfolio are excited to be partnering with an organisation based in North Yorkshire to recruit an experienced HRBP to join their People team - this is a 6month Fixed Term contract working across a number of hubs across North Yorkshire. Supporting with a variety of transformational and behavioural change strategies and supporting with the design and implementation of projects covering a wide range of HR functions.
This is a generalist position, coaching and influencing leaders across the business and delivering key people practices
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Facilitating and driving change within the organisation
- Delivery of people practices and responsibility for continuous improvement
- Providing generalist HR support to a diverse organisation
Person Specification
- MCIPD qualified or equivalent
- Experienced in the design, delivery and lead of HR specific projects
- Effective communication with key stakeholder management experience
