Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and self-employed advisors throughout their journey. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administrative processes and maintaining systems
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of advisors
  • Supporting automation processes and system optimisation
  • Creating and distributing payment links for new advisors
  • Managing communications with advisors using mailing platforms
  • Setting up new advisors on required platforms
  • Communicating with external parties to facilitate advisor processes
  • Handling offboarding and resignation processes
  • Reporting on the advisor programme and identifying areas for improvement
  • Arranging collections of loaned machines and managing related communications
  • Providing support for internal ordering and training platforms
  • Maintaining cross-department communication for process optimisation
  • Assisting with sales projects and operations as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer support, or a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP is desired but not mandatory
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly and efficiently
