Management Accountant - Neath

We're on the lookout for an experienced Management Accountant to join our team! This role entails day-to-day financial management, core financial processes, forecasting, Group tasks, and maintaining the control environment. Are you ready for this exciting opportunity?

The ideal candidate will be part qualified or qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA, with experience in financial reporting and forecasting in a multi-site organisation.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide support to Operational P&L managers
  • Support operational delivery, planning alongside key operational stakeholders
  • Support operational colleagues and other stakeholders to improve financial acumen and awareness
  • Support the Group in risk assessment processes and maintaining a risk management culture throughout the organisation
  • Assist the development of BI to provide insight ensuring control, profitable growth and effective decision-making
  • Work closely with the Finance Business Partner to ensure the delivery of information that will ensure the ongoing management of the current and future health of the sector including income, expenditure and long-term planning
  • Support the consolidation of budgets and short-term forecasts to meet the needs of the business
  • Assist the maintenance of a rolling risks and ops log
  • Assist with Monthly P&L forecasting
  • Deliver to reporting times, maintain the accuracy of all journals and final GL balances
