Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students, who have diverse learning needs or be at various academic levels.
- Lecture on topics such as, Functional skills, Employability, and Life skills.
- Design and adapt the curriculum to meet the requirements of Foundation Learning programs, ensuring alignment with national standards and student needs.
- Develop individual learning plans and set targets to support students' progression.
Requirements (skills/qualifications/Experience) :
- A recognized teaching qualification
- Competence in teaching English, Maths, and ICT at Level 2 or above.
- Experience in teaching, particularly in further education, or with students with diverse needs.
- Experience teaching in the relevant field.
