What can you bring to Banham?

You will be a self-starter with a desire to succeed. Able to communicate with people of all levels with excellent written and verbal skills.

You will have experience in customer service, be highly motivated and ambitious, with a high drive to learn and succeed, bringing with you the ability to learn new systems and technology with ease and be IT Literate.

Working as part of a team, you will work with surveyors to support them by securing new clients. Naturally, as a Sales Associate you will need to demonstrate a direct impact on increasing sales.

You can look to being rewarded with bonuses against your departmental and personal KPIs and targets.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to become a successful salesperson even if you haven't had previous sales experience, just a desire to learn as full training will be provided. Here at Banham, you will have a unique opportunity to offer ideas and develop initiatives with your manager for driving revenues and closing sales.

This role follows a hybrid working model with two remote days.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Building relationships with field Surveyors and the outbound sales team, understanding customer needs and reacting accordingly.
  • Following up all open leads and enquiries and responding quickly and effectively to customers
  • Taking large number of sales enquiry calls and managing open and new tickets via our customer service tool Zendesk
  • Being a point of contact in the office for field Surveyors to assist in closing sales.
  • Amending quotations and upselling (including upselling and selling contracts), as required
  • Providing expert advice to customers, especially when upgrading and upselling their existing products
  • Account and project management to encourage repeat business and ongoing relationships for future sales
  • Booking in Survey requests and accurately managing the surveyor's diaries
